Description
This course will explore the dynamics of the 21st Century Church in a post-pandemic society. Emphasis will be given to the challenges faced by Church Leaders, Executive Pastors and Lay Leaders given the impact of the global pandemic upon the response, decline, support, priority and mentality of parishioners across the entire fellowshipped Body of Christ as well as the swelling population of the unchurched.
The course will further examine new and innovative strategies for reaching our communities, modern and practical techniques for witnessing and forming a construct for equipping leaders to develop other leaders. Its experimental content will be drawn from the available data and statistics for the purpose of conducting an accurate comparison between the pre-pandemic and post-pandemic perspectives.

This is an advanced level elective with the objective of equipping Church Leaders and Workers with the knowledge base to understand, navigate and execute 21st Century Ministry in a fast-paced society which aims to influence the mentality and foundational viewpoints of the Christian community.
